The team conducts research on the theory and method of enterprise operation management innovation under the Industrial Internet. It aims to provide theoretical and method support for port production enterprises to realize the efficiency of manufacturing process management by using the industrial Internet, and improve the lean control ability and equipment operation efficiency of high-end equipment manufacturing and port enterprises.
