Brief Introduction

School of Economics and Management (SEM),Dalian University of Technology founded in 1985, set a precedent for MBA education in China.As the pioneer of the management case teaching method in china,SEM takes the lead in the adoption and promotion of management case teaching method among domestic universities.Now, SEM has three academic departments which are Management Science and Engineering Business Administration and Applied Economics.It is the seventh institution in the Chinese mainland that obtained AACSB, EOUIS, AMBA and CAMEA accreditations.

Assistant Research Fellow(postdoctoral)

Requirement

Obtained a doctoral degree from a well-known university both domestically and internationally within the past 3 years,not older than 30 years and with good health.

Possesses a rigorous scientific attitude and teamwork spirit,a solid research foundation, and strong research abilities.The term of employment is 3 years, with clear assessment objectives.Specific information could be consulted with the contact person.

Salary and welfare

l Salary: $ 42,000~5,5000+/ year (academic and team performance pay are not included)

l Outbound Postdocs who work continuously in Dalian and are recognized as young talents can apply for a settlement fee which is around $ 42,000

l Outbound Postdocs who work continuously in Dalian and are recognized as LiaoNing Revitalization Talents -Postdoctoral can be awarded $ 42,000

l Outbound Postdocs are recommended to apply for Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at Dalian University of Technology. The settlement fee will be $70,000-140.000

l If you are selected as a national-level or university-level talent,additional funding will be provided besides the university benefits(National funding: A-level: $78,000 and $11,000 start-up research funds;B-level:$50,000; C-level:$34,000;$125,000 Talent Introduction Plan funds with $4500 resettlement fee)

l The management refers to the pre-hired faculty,the same welfare benefits, meal subsidies,health examinations, etc

l High-quality educational resources to solve the problem of children's enrollment in daycare and school
